SCIGRIP Weld-On 16 is a high-strength, clear, medium-bodied, fast-curing solvent cement designed for bonding acrylic (Perspex), polycarbonate, and other plastics. It’s widely used in applications such as signage, display cases, and plastic fabrication.

Application Tips

• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean and fit without forcing.
• Application Method: Apply to one or both surfaces using a brush, polyethylene squeeze bottle, or gun.
• Assembly: Bring parts together while still wet and apply firm pressure.
• Clamping: Hold or clamp parts until initial set.
• Curing: Allow 24 hours to reach 80% of ultimate bond strength.
