
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM AEST) from the date your order is received.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is any delay in processing or dispatching your order, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
Our standard shipping is fulfilled via Aramex, TNT, Allied express, couriers please &local couriers. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery depending on your location.
If you require your order urgently, please contact our office. We can arrange an express courier service at your cost.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched so you can monitor your shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
You will have the option to proceed or cancel your order at that point.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Inspect all goods upon receipt.
If damage is present, endorse the courier’s delivery note accordingly.
You must notify Perspex Online within 24 hours of signing for delivery to lodge a claim for damages.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted and replacement costs may be borne by the customer.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted with prior written approval.
Custom-made goods and cut-to-size products cannot be returned or cancelled under any circumstances.
Return Process
Contact Perspex Online to request a return authorisation.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and the cost of shipping the replacement.
If there is a price difference between the original and replacement item, this will be charged or refunded as applicable.
Custom-made goods and cut-to-size products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Goods that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
