PVC, PP and HDPE Table D and Table E flanges
Drilled plastic flanges cut on our CNC router in PVC, polypropylene or HDPE: a flange with a welded pipe stub, or a blind flange to close a line off. Pick the plastic, colour, drilling and pipe size, and the price updates as you go. The more you order, the less each one costs.

Match the pipe you're joining: a stub is welded on, so it has to be the same plastic as your pipe.

Not sure? Count the bolt holes on the flange you're joining to and measure across two opposite hole centres. Each size below shows both.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Table D and Table E flanges?
Both are AS 2129 drilling patterns, and Table E is the heavier one. Across the sizes we make, the outside diameter and PCD are the same for both. The difference is in the bolts: at DN100 Table E has 8 holes where Table D has 4, and at DN150 its holes are 22 mm instead of 18 mm. Below DN100 the two drill the same. The dimensions table on this page shows both side by side.
Table D or Table E: which one do I need?
Match the flange you're bolting to. Count its bolt holes and measure across the centres of two opposite holes (the PCD). Every size in the calculator shows its bolt count and PCD for both tables, so you can check before you order. If you're not sure, send us a photo with a tape measure across it.
What is a blind flange?
A blind flange is a solid drilled plate with no bore. It bolts on to close off a flanged pipe end, valve or outlet, and comes off again when you need access.
What is a stub flange?
Ours is a drilled flange with a short pipe stub welded into its bore, in the same plastic as the flange, so you can join it to your pipe and bolt the flange to the mating one.
What pipe does the stub fit?
Each size names the outside diameter of the pipe its stub is cut from, for example 110 mm OD for DN100. That's the pipe size your stub joins to.
Which thickness should I choose?
The calculator starts each size at the thinnest ring we recommend for it. A thicker ring is stiffer. Choose one if the flange will be bolted up hard or carry a load.
PVC, PP or HDPE: which plastic do I need?
Match the pipe you're joining. A stub flange is welded to your pipe, so it has to be the same plastic: PVC flanges for PVC pipe, PP for polypropylene and HDPE for polyethylene pipe. For a blind flange, match the flange it bolts to.
What colours can I get?
The calculator lists the colours we stock in each plastic. A colour we can't make your size in is greyed out, so whatever you can pick, we can cut.
Are they pressure rated?
We don't make a pressure rating claim for these flanges. If your line has to meet a rating, have your engineer specify the flange and send us the drawing to quote.
How does bulk pricing work?
The setup on the machine is shared across every flange in the order, so each one costs less as the quantity goes up. The price table shows what each flange costs at 1, 5, 10, 25 and 50.
