Ballot Boxes You Can See Into
A clear ballot box shows everyone that the box started empty and that every vote goes in the same place. That is why clubs, schools, unions, body corporates and community groups choose acrylic for AGMs, elections, raffles and competitions. The same build works as a donation box at a counter or event, where seeing coins and notes inside encourages people to give. Perspex Online makes each box from clear acrylic sheet with bonded, polished joints.
Slots, Locks and Access Doors
The slot is cut in the lid to suit what goes in: a narrow slot for folded ballot papers or notes, or a wider one for envelopes and entry forms. To empty the box, choose a hinged access door with a keyed cam lock, a lid held down by security screws, or a lift-off lid with holes for a cable tie seal, which is popular for elections because a broken seal is obvious.
Sizes
- Counter donation box: around 150 to 200mm per side in 3mm acrylic.
- Club or school ballot box: around 300 x 300 x 300mm in 4.5mm or 5mm acrylic.
- Large election or raffle box: 400mm and up in 5mm or 6mm acrylic, with handles.
Branding Your Box
Add your logo, charity name or "Vote here" instructions with laser engraving, which is permanent and cannot be peeled off, or with cut vinyl. Engraving is done in our own workshop by our laser cutting service . A coloured base or lid from the Perspex Spectrum range can match your club or charity colours.
