Custom drip trays, made to size

The live price is for a drip tray in 4.5mm grey PVC sheet. PVC welds cleanly for watertight corners and seams, V-grooves and bends neatly, and resists moisture, chemicals and UV. The grey colour hides scuffs and marks in working environments. We also make plastic drip trays in HDPE (natural/white) and polypropylene (PP); ask for those through the quote form.

Every corner and seam is welded inside and out. A tray with an underlip has its sides welded onto a base that extends past the walls by the underlip amount. A tray without an underlip (set it to 0) is CNC-cut, V-grooved and bent up from one sheet.

Yes. Every tray is made to your exact dimensions. The calculator handles any size that fits within a 2440×1220mm PVC sheet (allowing for wall height and underlip). For a larger drip tray, contact us to discuss multi-piece fabrication.

Fabricated trays are made to order. Typical lead time is 3–5 business days from order confirmation, depending on quantity and current workshop load. Rush orders may be available — mention it in your quote request notes.

No minimum order quantity — we fabricate from a single tray upwards. Ordering several of the same tray can lower the price per tray, and the live price shows the per-tray figure whenever you order more than one.

The main factors are: (1) tray size — a bigger tray uses more PVC; (2) wall height — taller walls use more material and work; (3) underlip — a base that extends further past the walls is larger; (4) quantity — several of the same tray can lower the price per tray. The live price reflects all of these for exactly the tray you enter.
