Sign Holders Bent from Clear Acrylic

A clear sign holder lets you swap a printed card in seconds while keeping it clean, flat and readable. Cafes use them for menus and table numbers, real estate agents for open-home flyers, reception desks for QR codes and Wi-Fi details, and shops for prices and promotions. Perspex Online makes sign holders by heat-bending clear acrylic sheet along a single straight line, so there are no joints to fail and the bend stays crystal clear.

Styles We Make

  • Slanted-back holders (A4, A5, DL and A3), portrait or landscape, with the card leaning back at about 15 degrees for easy reading.
  • L-shaped menu holders that stand upright on a counter.
  • T-shaped table number holders, double-sided, for weddings, events and restaurants.
  • Wall-mounted pockets and brochure holders, screwed or taped to a wall or door.

Sizes and Thickness

We size the holder to the card, not the other way round, so tell us the paper size you print on. Small table numbers and A5 holders are bent from 2mm or 3mm acrylic. A4 and A3 counter holders use 3mm for stiffness, and large freestanding holders move to 4.5mm or 5mm. Edges are machined smooth and can be polished for a premium finish.

Branded and Coloured Holders

Add your logo to the base by laser engraving , or make the back panel in a brand colour from Perspex Spectrum , frosted or mirror acrylic. For weddings, gold mirror acrylic table number holders are a popular match for mirror cake toppers and signs.

Order Sign Holders

Send us the paper size, style, quantity and any branding, and our plastic fabrication team will quote, with volume pricing for chains and events. For full point-of-sale stands see point of sale displays , and for chalkboard-style menus see menu boards .
